Accommodations for almost any event!

The banquet areas of the Club include the Ballroom, Captain's Walk, Astor Room and Patio, River Porch, and Terrazzo Lawn. At certain off-peak times the Commodore's Room and Living Room may be booked for private functions as well. During regular dining service hours, the Formal Dining Room may only be closed and booked for private functions with the consent of the General Manager. The Pirate’s Den and Bar are not booked privately at any time. Additionally, the Fleet Center Patio and Lawn may only be used privately when not in conflict with waterfront and sail events. Member sponsored events are required to pay room fees for the use of the Club, and these fees are based upon each room's particular purpose and size.
Member events are not subject to room rental fees.

ASTOR ROOM

Second floor, northeast end of building. Popular for its spectacular floor to ceiling views of the St. Johns River, the Club’s docks, and downtown Jacksonville. Complete with octagonal veranda and hideaway bar, this is the perfect site for small receptions, cocktail parties, wedding brunches, and dinner parties. This space comfortably affords 75 guests for a seated function, and can accommodate up to 125 guests for cocktail receptions and tea parties.
Room Fee for member-sponsored events: $250
Friday and Saturday Food & Beverage minimum: $2,500

BALLROOM

Second floor, west and southwest end of building. Dramatic twenty-five foot ceilings, wrought iron chandeliers and sconces, tailored window and stage treatments, and warm hardwood floors lend this room class and elegance. A built in shell stage makes this space impossible to beat for wedding receptions, corporate seminars, and dinner dances. This space accommodates 150-200 guests for a seated dinner, 250-350 guests for a cocktail party, and 350 guests with theatre style seating. This room is booked with the Captain's Walk on most occasions because of the open archways allowing guests a view of the river.
Room Fee for sponsored events: $500
Friday and Saturday Food & Beverage minimum: $5,000

CAPTAIN'S WALK

Second floor, southeast end of building. A charming view of our docks and just the right amount of space for small luncheons, dinners, and meetings. This space supports 50 guests for a seated or cocktail function, and is perfect for a luncheon or dinner meeting of 25 guests. Although this room is connected to the Ballroom by open archways, it is very comfortably booked alone should the Ballroom not be in use.
Room Fee for sponsored events: $75
Only booked in conjunction with Ballroom and/or Astor Room on Friday and Saturday.

RIVER PORCH

First floor, on the river side beyond the Living Room and Formal Dining Room. Very popular sight for meetings, luncheons, and intimate moonlit dinners. Flanked by floor to ceiling window panels which allow for an unobstructed view of our docks, Terrazzo Lawn, and river. Great as a combination with the Living Room and Terrazzo Lawn for the right function.
Room Fee for sponsored events: $75
Food and Beverage Minimum: $500

LIVING ROOM

First floor, just three steps down from the formal entrance foyer. Many members are more comfortable with the "home-like" feel of its inviting furniture and large fireplace. This space is perfect for very intimate cocktail parties or business receptions. The Club's policies stipulate that the furnishings for this area remain as designed whenever possible.
Room Fee for member sponsored events (management approval needed): $75
