More than a Place to Work Out

At the Fitness Center we aim to help Members obtain and maintain the best-possible health through physical exercise, nutrition counseling, therapeutic massage, and more. Aside from the latest cardio machines, weights and strength-building apparatus, we offer weekly group classes (from TRX to Yoga) along with seasonal competitions and contests to guide you along your fitness journey. Certified personal trainers and nutrition experts share their knowledge to design a personal fitness and wellness plan for you.
