Latest Construction Notes

WHAT'S NEW & NOTEWORTHY

• The Southside of the lot will be closed for resurfacing March 22. Northside will be closed for resurfacing on March 23.
• Furniture and Decor have been installed in the Casual Dining Resturant (River Porch + Bar) and Bridal Suite.
• Umbrellas, Lounge Chairs and other Pool furnishings have been staged around the Pool Deck
• Fire suppression systems are being installed in the Grand Ballroom

ANTICIPATED TIMELINES & OPENINGS

• Grand Opening of the Pool and River Porch + Bar on Friday, April 25th. Details to follow.
• Though it may appear complete, the Pool remains closed as we are still waiting on permits. 
• There will be a soft opening of the Pool and Outdoor River Bar on a date TBD
• Sport & Pickleball Courts: Completion in April/May 2025
• Pirate's Den Patio & Lawn: Enhancements begin April/May 2025 Renderings

COVE BULKHEAD RESTORATION

• Phase 1 of the cove-side bulkhead replacement project is nearing completion. Utilities have been installed, power and water have been permanently restored to D-dock, and concrete work around the hoist and boat ramp is now underway. Demolition of the old hoist and ramp staging dock has begun.
• Phase 2 and 3 are also well underway, with the majority of the new wall already installed up to the sailing center.
