Positioned a convenient 23 miles from the Intracoastal Waterway
FYC boasts two marinas. One on the riverfront side of the club with a newly-constructed, protective rock jetty featuring a brand new floating dock with exotic hardwood decking, over-sized dock boxes, in-slip pump out, state-of-the-art power pedestals and full length finger piers. Our second marina is located in a naturally protected cove on the western side of club property. It features a newly-renovated fixed dock with a durable 8' WearDeck surface. A private boat ramp and complimentary trailer parking along with wet slips, mechanical lifts and dry storage, make FYC a destination for boaters of all stripes.

Wet and Dry Storage
- A-Dock Wet Slips: $15.00 per foot, per month
- T, C, D & E Docks: $12.00 per foot, per month
Dry Storage
- Large (Slips 1 through 7): $175/month
- Medium (Slips 8 through 27): $170/month
- Small (Slips 28 through 33, Gravel 1 through 5): $165/month
Boat Lift
- $15.00 per foot, per month (limited availability)
Amp Service
- 30 Amp Service: $40.00 per month
- 50 Amp Service: $80.00 per month
Common Questions
Currently there are slips immediately available on A-Dock. We have a short waiting list for all other storage areas. You may apply to one, two or all three waiting lists simultaneously.
A-Dock is leased on an annual basis. All other storage areas are month-to-month and can be terminated with 30 days notice.
Once placed in a slip you may request reassignment to another slip type or area. Reassignment requests are generally satisfied before new tenants are accepted
Most boat lifts have a maximum capacity of 6,000 lbs
Maximum draft for the riverside of the marina is 6 ft. Maximum for the cove side marina is 5 feet.
Shore power featuring state-of-the-art pedestals is available at all docks in both of FYC's marinas
Pump-out is available at all slips on A-Dock.
Yes. Both are availabe for Members who are not tenants and have a maximum duration of 72 hours.
40’, 50’, and 60’ slips are now immediately available on A-Dock.
