Fostering The Next Generation Of Champion Sailors
Florida Yacht Club has year-round sailing opportunities for all levels ages 6 to 18. Our Fall session typically begins right after Labor Day and goes through Daylight savings time in the Fall. Spring Sailing generally begins at daylight savings time in the Spring and continues through the Cowford Cup Regatta hosted annually by FYC in May. Youth Sailing Race Teams
FYC offers youth race teams that compete locally, regionally and nationally in the beginner, intermediate, and Opti classes as well as 420 and Laser Sailing. Our Opti, Laser and 420 race teams practice in the fall and spring. The Opti Race Team practices on Tuesday and Thursdays after school and Sunday afternoons. Summer Waterfront Fun!
Here at FYC, we offer a full summer waterfront program for kids of all ages. Our classes vary from water front activities, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, powerboating and more.
