First Login Instruction

• Type in your member number for the website. 
• Type in your New Temporary Password, which is the last name all in lower cases. 

Example: John Doe, member number, 12345

Username: 12345
Password: doe

• Add a "0" to the front if you have a 4-digit Member Number (ex. 01234)
• Add an "A" to the back if you are the Spouse of the Primary Member (ex. 01234A)

Once you login, please update your password by following the on-screen instructions.
