Offshore ‘Kingfish’ Tournament
Florida Yacht Club’s nearshore kingfish tournament runs the coast from the St. Mary’s River to Matanzas Inlet, inside Florida state waters. Lines in at 7:00 AM, weigh-in back at the Club that afternoon — the largest kingfish takes the pot.

Safe boating comes first. Every captain is responsible for the safety of their crew and vessel. The tournament committee reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the tournament due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Largest Kingfish
The heaviest kingfish of the day takes 75% of the total pot.
2nd Place
Closest to 18.76 lb
The kingfish nearest 18.76 pounds takes 25% of the total pot.
Entry is $100 per boat, cash only. The full pot is split between first and second place.
