- Casual attire (other than bathing suits) is permitted at all times in the Pirate’s Den, Astor Porch and Bar. Shirts and shoes are required at all times. Gentlemen are required to remove hats/caps in the Clubhouse, except for in the River Porch, as described further below.
- Casual attire (including bathing suits and hats/caps) is permitted at all times in the River Porch and Bar. Shirts or coverups and shoes are required while seated in the indoor River Porch bar and dining area. Shirts or coverups are required while seated at the River Porch Pool Bar.
- Laptops, tablets or similar devices shall not be used in the Bar after 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
- All food and beverages consumed on Club premises must be purchased from the Club except: (a) food and beverage served from boats, which must be consumed on the docks; and (b) the following outside food and beverage is permitted at the tennis courts when the Club teams are hosting matches: prepackaged chips and sweets. The service of alcoholic beverages is also subject to all limitations and regulations imposed by law.
- The Club may refuse to serve food or beverages to any person whose conduct or condition is not proper or acceptable in the judgment of the General Manager, his representative, or any member of the Board of Governors.
- Members are not allowed behind the bar.
- Persons under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to sit at or order from any bar. Moreover, persons under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted in the Pirate’s Den Bar in any capacity.
- Other than Club-owned coolers, and coolers being loaded onto boats, no coolers are permitted on Club property at any time for any reason.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all indoor and outdoor dining areas, including both the Pirate’s Den and the River Porch & Bar.
